What payments methods do we accept?

We accept several payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment options.  We are also able to accept certain crypto currencies. You can see the full list of payment methods available during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Each product on Zoozilo has an order processing time, as well as an order shipping time. The order processing time is the time it takes a supplier to prepare an order for shipment. The order shipping time is the time it takes for the item to reach the end customer.

Shipping time varies from product to product based on the following factors:

  • Location of the supplier
  • Processing time
  • Delivery service used
  • Other external factors

You can find this information in the product description. Click on the product on the search tab and you will see the processing time and shipping time indicated in the description.

Important note: Processing time and shipping time is counted in business days. In order to get the total order processing and shipping time, add the days together. For example, the product below will take a minimum of 6 days and a maximum of 10 days to arrive at the end customer, if they are located in the United States.

How do I know if an order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped by the supplier, you will receive an automated email with the tracking details similar to below.

Every supplier has their own processing and shipping times. If you find that your order is still within the processing period, please give it some time.

Don’t forget to deduct the weekends from your timeframe since our suppliers only work on weekdays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping method selected at checkout. You can review shipping costs on our website during the checkout process.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order on our website by entering your order number and email address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination. Please review our website for more information.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel or modify orders that have already been processed or shipped.

How does we vet our suppliers?

In order to be considered as a supplier on Zoozilo, suppliers are required to go through an in-depth review and onboarding process.

Here is an overview of the requirements:

High-quality products: all suppliers are the producers of high-quality products, most of which are produced and shipped from Europe or North America

No third party warehouses: all suppliers are required to manufacture or hold their own inventory – no third party warehouses allowed!

Fast order processing and shipping: all suppliers are required to abide by the processing and shipping time frames they have specified in order to offer customers the best experience
